What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, PSD, and EPS. PDF is preferred for best print quality. We can also help with file conversion for $5/file.

How fast can you turn around an order?

Standard turnaround varies by job. Next-day delivery is available — order by 12pm. Rush service carries a 25–50% upcharge depending on the job.

Do you offer design help?

Yes! Simple formatting starts at $25, full graphic design at $45/hr, and logo design from $75. Check our pricing page for full details.

How does online ordering work?

Select your product, enter your specs, upload your file, and submit. We'll reach out with a final quote before any payment is collected.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Our minimum order is $5.00. Texas sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders.
